She also leads advocacy efforts that aim to challenge and transform existing attitudes and behaviours that are preventing women and girls from fully participating in society through cross-sector campaigns as well as sector-specific actions. \nLiam Mak (He/They)\nCo-founder & Director\, Quarks (跨青時刻) | Research Assistant \nLiam is a trans-masculine advocate and researcher focused on transgender representation and community support in Hong Kong. In 2018\, at age 16\, he became the first underage transgender person to come out publicly in the local media. Following this\, he established a youth support group that evolved into Quarks in 2020.
