The opening ceremony of our exhibition, Spots of Light: Women in the Holocaust was held in the evening on 13 February 2019 (Wednesday) at Centennial Campus Site A (Opposite the BEA), HKU.
We were pleased to have Mrs. Ahuva Spieler (Consul-General of the State of Israel to Hong Kong and Macao), Dr. Ronald Vogt (Assistant Professor from European Studies in School of Modern Languages and Cultures), Dr. Elizabeth LaCouture (Programme Director of Gender Studies Programme in School of Humanities), Miss Elianna Diestel and Miss Sarah Cohen, students from Elsa High School, as the speakers of the ceremony. The exhibition is held at Chi Wah Learning Commons Foyer (HKU) until 26 February (Tuesday). All are welcome, particularly those who are interested in gender and Jewish history.
